How Does the Replacement Program Work?

At Vitality Eyewear, we stand behind our products and want you to enjoy your sunglasses worry-free.

Our Replacement Program covers the replacement of any pair of Vitality Eyewear sunglasses that become broken or scratched within one (1) year of the original purchase date, regardless of the cause.

Eligible Products

  • Any Vitality Eyewear sunglasses purchased within the last 12 months from the original purchase date.

  • This program became effective May 1, 2026.

  • Purchases made prior to May 1, 2026 will remain covered under the original warranty terms in place at the time of purchase, which we will continue to honor.

How to Request a Replacement

If your sunglasses become broken or scratched and you would like a replacement:

  1. Email us:

    • A photo of the damaged or scratched sunglasses

    • Your proof of purchase/receipt

    • Your shipping address

    • [email protected]
  2. Pay a $15 shipping and handling fee, and we’ll send you a replacement pair.

  • Zelle

  • Credit Cards

Alternate Ordering Option

You may also visit our website, select the same pair of sunglasses that was broken or scratched, add it to your cart, and complete your replacement request that way.

Replacement Limits

Customers may receive up to two (2) replacement pairs per original purchase, within one year of the original purchase date, for purchases made on or after May 1, 2026.

If your style of sunglasses is no longer available, we will replace them with the closest style of equal or greater value.
